Any oil sold by reputable companies in Australia is usually certified organic (they will let you know on the label, the cost will be a lot higher than a non organic oil).
Reputable companies I personally have used in Australia are In Essence (really nice mixed scent blends, high quality oils), Auroma (Australian made and owned in Victoria, high quality oils and all other products for candle, massage and soap making), Oil Garden (some of their oils are diluted with carrier oils to bring the price down).
I don't veer from these brands, although I've recently bought some DoTerra (very pricey, but all certified as organic).
My favourite is Auroma http://www.auroma.com.au/ I've been using this brand since I discovered in 17 years ago.
