I'll definitely try that! I cook embarrassingly frequently from her website. Think I'm a bit obsessed.

That does look yummy.

I have made bacon pasta for dinner tonight, and had a quick google to see what was out there. Her recipe came up, so simple and yet the bite I've had is very delicious.

Waah - our oven is dead :(  This goes into the ever-growing pile of "things I am going to make when I get a new oven"

Nagi is my new fave online recipe go-to! Her recipes are so good. So many good things to make and they're mostly so easy and yummy!

She has a way of simplifying recipes and making my life easier by road testing them first 😃

Whenever it's new, our kids always ask...is this another Nagi??!! Love it 👍

I love her recipes.  They're staples here. The zucchini soup, pumpkin soup, grilled chicken burger, condensed  cream of chicken soup, her pasta bakes etc.... a lot can be frozen too which is great for meal prep. We probably have at least 1 or 2 meals from her website each week in our meal plan!!

Her condensed chicken soup tastes great and is fab in her chicken and leek pie!

I made her Charlie Brown all purpose stir fry sauce and used it in a slight variation by adding blanched broccoli on the Cantonese beef rice noodle dish. Loved by pretty much everyone, except Ds who said the noodles were ugly, but he still seemed to eat it.

Very happy. I feel like I've lost a bit of stirfrying mojo lately, so it's nice to make it super easy for myself.

I made the 'one pot chicken and broccoli pasta bake' ... omgosh, it was so easy, and creamy without needing to make a proper white sauce. I'll definitely be making it again.

DP made the creamy lemon chicken and said it was delish, so I want to try that one too.

I've printed out a few other recipes to try too.

Another fan of the chicken and broccoli pasta bake. I found the sauce a little too runny when I first made it, but after a day in the fridge it all thickened up and was amazing.

I made the laksa recipe someone mentioned on the seafood laksa thread and it was wonderful. I will definitely be trying her other recipes.

I made her Chicken Stir Fry with Rice Noodles last week, and DH hasn't stopped raving about it.

Made her oven baked chicken and rice for dinner tonight, it was lovely and very easy too. Even the two year old declared it 'dee-lishis'.

Thanks, i tried it last night and it's a keeper. The family has been dreading the nights it's my turn to cook so I am trying to find more vegetarian or vegan oven dishes.
