GRRRR MICROSOFT RANT!

Why does Microsoft have such strict recovery for their clients' accounts!! This is not the first time I've had to try and recover my account using the recovery form - giving as much information about my account as possible and apparently the information I give is not enough!!! Tech chat can't help. They have referred me to "private recovery team" which will take 24-72 hours. I am so annoyed with Microsoft. THIS IS ME! IT'S MY ACCOUNT! And I need to be able to access it because it's where my Office 365 subscription was purchased and my OneDrive account - I can't access it. I am so annoyed.
Oh and another thing - how come it's so easily hacked and then you can't regain control of your account? That is what happened to me before. The recovery email and phone number did not match mine - the hackers had changed it. But then when I tried to enter the form in multiple times and even tech chat - they wouldn't believe it was me!!! So I had to create a new account and purchase Office 365 all over again. I lost all my OneDrive stuff and goodness knows who has all of that. It's scary and not fair!
Anyone out there agree or anyone out there that has had the same issue and how did you resolve it???
