Kia Carnaval or Toyota tarago?

Just as the topic states - which is the best people mover? We're not really looking at other options.

We went with the Kia as it had better seating flexibility along with other features. That was almost 5 years ago now though so things may have changed.
From what I've read, I think the new Kia no longer has the seating flexibility that our 2012 model has.

I have a Tarago which I love, but friends of mine have a Kia and that has so many better features on the inside of it. I'm looking to upgrade soon, so the benefit of having a Tarago is it has better resale value as a PP has mentioned.
