Anybody watching this? I've seen all three and am just so amazed at his talent.

Charlie Teo featured this week and the portrait was amazing.

It's so good. I'm totally loving the space he creates for his subjects to talk.

I've watched most of all three episodes and absolutely love it! Have shed happy tears every time.

I watched the one with Magda and loved it.  Haven't seen the others, but was planning to catch them on iview

Oh yes, his talent for providing a space that lets them open up is amazing too.

Coffeegirl, Charlie Teo this week was excellent. Amanda Keller was good and I find her intensely annoying so that is saying something!

His paintings of all three are incredible and their responses are beautiful.

I am so glad I read this.....I just watched it on Iview.  Best episode so far and I absolutely loved the portrait of Charlie, preferred it to the other two.  Great interview.

Thanks for this thread.  I watched the first 2 episodes last night.

Love the genuine chat he has with them and his art!!! WOW!! I had no idea he was an artist too. One very talented man.

I found it on iView when I went to watch a dog training show which bored the life out of me, so I switched to Anh, and it had me absolutely captivated.

I watched Magda first, and I've only just read her book so it really fleshed out her story. And Anh is just amazing. A great interviewer as well as an incredible artist.

Last night I watched Amanda Keller, and learnt a whole lot that I didn't know. She is also a truly amazing woman. Tonight I'll watch episode 3.

Best show I've seen this year, by a very long way.

Thanks for posting this.
I hardly watch TV so until this thread I had no idea this show existed. I just caught the Magda one on iview and will definitely catch more.
The episode showcased both of them so very well .

I actually really dislike Anh as a comedian but he is one incredibly talented man and a great interviewer on this program (not to mention painer !!!). The interviews are so captivating and each one so far has been so interesting.
Love this show !

I would love to see the out cuts, 30 minutes is too short to see it all.

I watched the first three episodes on iView but last night I sat down and watched the Kate Cerebrano episode on TV. My husband watched it with me, as I've been raving about this show since I found it on iView. He agreed it's the best television this year.

I have really enjoyed this show. Anh is an excellent interviewer who gets the best out of his subjects.

I particularly liked the Charlie Teo interview- and his portrait.

Absolutely love it, especially Magda and Charlie.  I can't bring myself to watch Kate due to all the Scientology nonsense.

#24 Fresh Start

Posted 15 September 2016 - 07:54 PM

There is no mention of Scientology. I tend to find her annoying but it was good.

^^ Really?  Thanks for the heads up.  Might revisit on iView.  I was sure she would use it as free publicity for the crackpots.
