Would lymphatic massage help?

I've had a lot of issues with weight gain and fluid retention since about September last year but particularly in the past month or so. I'm pretty annoyed as I worked hard to lose the baby weight and now it's coming back no matter how hard I try. If I seriously reduce my calorie intake, I can easily lose 2-3kg in a couple of days so I know it's fluid.
In particular, I've noticed serious bloating around my abdomen and hips (saddle bags ++++) to the point where my clothes can fit in the morning and be tight by the afternoon. In addition, my limbs are painful to touch (DH once lightly patted me on the leg and I nearly hit the roof, it was so agonising - my ankles are the worst for this) I don't have pitting oedema
I noticed I was dehydrated by the colour of my urine and am making a real effort to drink more water but it doesn't seem to be helping. I'm also really constipated (I do use codeine for back pain but I've never had it so bad before)
I try and eat well and although I have the odd blowout, I can see no real reason why I should be piling on the weight. I run at least 3 times a week and walk everywhere, plus I'm in an active job (nursing)
I have been under severe stress since September (large move of 500km plus the financial implications of the same) I also stopped taking my anti depressants around the same time - I manage OK without them but can get a bit anxious
WDYT about trying lymphatic massage? Can anyone suggest any other treatments that might help?

Lymphatic drainage has helped me with lots of things over the years (loss of bloating was a handy side effect) but to be honest with you, the symptoms you describe are worrying enough that if it was me I'd be getting to a GP, pronto.

Yes, I agree.
Off to the doctor for you. You should not be oedematous for no particular reason.

Lymphatic drainage will help as will wearing compression stockings or tights. Also check out Lipoedema/lipedema.

There are different medical issues which create oedema and lymphedema and we should not undertake treating ourselves with compression garments until we have had the cause investigated.
It could actually be counterproductive.

I would be going to a GP before I tried anything else.
Good luck finding a new one, I know it can be difficult.
