Names are super hard. I have lost but my favorite girls name which is Stella. My DH says no :( but I'm not giving up. He likes Marlee! Which I like but we have a son Rylee? Boys names totally confuse me. I think we both like Dustin. Other then that I have Asher, Harper , Finn and don't think my DH likes any of them! It should just be up to the mother to decide. We do all the work after all 😏

Haha MotherofRylee, I agree, lol!!

My son is Asher and I love it. It means 'happy' which I really like :-)

Showed DH a list of my top names today. They don't make me jump out of my skin with excitement, just simple timeless names I think.

Girls - Emma , Mia , Claire , Eleanor
Boys - Noah , Oliver , Colin

MrsJ I LOVE Claire :)  I'm pretty sure my close friend has it locked in for her future baby though so I wouldn't use it and pretty sure we will run with Laura for a girl after DH's grandmother :)

Actually I love Colin too - I'm waiting on a new dachshund puppy and he shall be Colin :)

mrs J,
I love Emma but we can't use it because it doesn't work with our last name. It's just so pretty and timeless. O also like Claire and Oliver.

Yup, I think Emma is our fallback if we cant agree in the end, and Colin is my grandfathers name.

So hard when you work with children, almost every name has a negative connotation!

Thanks monique88. I find choosing names (and making decisions in general) so stressful. Evie is such a cute nn! You watch...we will probably both have boys.
