I don't like it, but I'm not a fan of change.

How do I get BACK FROM the mobile version? I've clicked on the 'full version' link at the bottom, but it just refreshes the page.

No quoting, no editing, no PMing, no 'we are discussing'..

Is there no feature to be able to jump between forums anymore without going back to the main forum home page?

Unfortunately IPB chose not to include this feature in their latest version, I miss it too. The good news is that you can now collapse the forums you rarely visit on the main forums index page, so you can navigate to your favourite forums faster.

Doesn't behave well with text zoomed in on Firefox :(
Everything shifts sideways in odd ways. Centre column needs to be wider!

Hmm.  I think the reply box is better but overall I really don't like it.

It looks very facebook style to me, and it's quite messy on the screen.   I'd quite like the emoticons to get overhauled, these ones are probably the only thing that hasn't changed since I joined (apart from holiday themed and those weird sperm emoticons)

If you click the reply to this topic directly underneath the last post and then click more reply options you can see the emoticons.

Or you can click on the "reply to this topic" button in the top right hand corner of the thread and that reply box will also have emoticons to choose from :)

Nope neither option for replying shows emoticons on the iPad.

I have them on my iPad.  We are having some issues with the mobile site. Can I ask you to please clear your cache and cookies and log in from your iPad to the normal site and see how you go then ?

Thanks :)

I have already done this and I am not using the mobile site. It's not a biggie, I don't use emoticons very often anyhow.

Oh gawd I hate this new layout. It's giving me a headache. Oh well less time spent on the Internet is probably a good thing.

Unfortunately I don't know the answer to that question but can I direct you to the Forum and Technical Questions forum where there is a thread for laptop forum bugs.
http://www.essential...m-technical-qs/

I will move the last two posts into the new forum bugs thread
and notify Admin that there are some new questions.

I will close this thread and any new concerns can be posted in the forum linked above.

Kind regards,
