I'm 7weeks pregnant and costantly hungry. Is this normal? Do you listen to your stomach?

Completely normal. Listen to your stomach but if you want to be careful of too much weight gain, try to snack on some healthier stuff.

Yes I think it's pretty normal, but try to stick to high-protein/low-GI snacks. Being hungry can cause morning sickness, as can the blood sugar drop from high-GI foods. You also have to be somewhat careful of weight gain (your actual calorie requirements aren't a lot more than they would be normally in the first trimester), so again these types of snacks will help you feel fuller for longer.

That early on I ate like a horse, and not healthily... I found that things like egg& bacon rolls frequented the menu as they settled my stomach! I moved into super healthy eating a bit later on.
