I'm due to have my second boy in April.
I'm looking for something classic.  My first born is William John
Short list is as follows:
Daniel James
Samuel James
Daniel Thomas
Samuel Thomas

Which do you prefer and/or do you have any suggestions.

I pick Daniel James.

I suggest Daniel Peter or Daniel Joseph.

My favourite is Samuel Thomas.

I think Thomas James goes better with William

Robert James is even better

Any of the four are fine! Probably Samuel Thomas would be my pick but you can't go wrong with any.

My fiancé is Daniel James and he has a friend with the same. It's quite popular I think (with the men in their 20's) but its a lovely name. If it wasn't my fiances name, I'd name my son that!

I really like Daniel.

I think James is like THE default boy's middle at this point so that's not a plus, but I do admittedly prefer it to Thomas
