Heaps of stuff like this on eBay, if you have enough time?

I got a Giggle and Hoot one on eBay and it arrived in a few days. Just pick somewhere local with fast dispatch.

I know a few decorators over your way but it's unlikely they will sell a topper without a cake. I'd suggest eBay or make your own! Peppa is quite easy to make, there aren't a whole lot of different colours you need for her. Making a topper from fondant is just like making one from play dough! If you can't be bothered eBay is your best bet. Or an edible image would work, it depends on what you're after. Custom Icing is a company I've used in the past and they're really helpful or there are heaps on eBay as well.
I actually delivered a Peppa Pig cake today, the birthday girl was so excited my ears are still hurting from the squealing! Peppa is a very popular pig. Here's the cake:

Hi, I ordered my DD a Peppa cake topper off eBay from seller 'especiallysweetontop'. Very happy with the quality, taste and look of the finished cake. The one I purchased was also personalised and only cost $8.50. Took 4 days to arrive.I also purchased off eBay some Peppa pig grosgrain ribbon to trim the cake.
