Tis may sound a bit vague, but I feel like I need some help cleansing my chakras. I have no idea where to start, or what to do.
I have been very overwhelmed of late, and th are a few physical signs that are becoming more frequent, and I feel this line of healing is what I need to look into.
Can anyone advise?

The easiest way to cleanse your Chakra's is with colour, find somewhere quiet where you can sit without being interrupted and meditate with coloured light, Example start with your crown, and visualise violet light cleansing and circulating around that chakra, when you feel ready move to the next, third eye and repeat with the appropriate coloured light. You can also use crystals if you have them to support the energy and intention, it is easier the lay down, if you are using crystal, they stay on better LOL.
Crown, top of head, Violet, Amethyst
Third eye, centre of forehead, Indigo, Sodalite, Lapis
Throat, centre of throat, light blue, Angelite
Heart, centre of chest, Green and pink, rose quartz
Solar plex, over diaphragm, yellow, yellow jasper
Sacral, just below belly button, orange Calcite
Root/Base, just above pubic bone, red jasper
Note: the crystals mentioned are only examples, your can intuitively choose other stones that suit your own intentions. I also always use a clear quartz above my head, to help stay centred and an hematite between my ankles to stay grounded.
