I'm on the losing side on my Very Important Poll on FB about rice pudding, so am widening the net in the vain hope there are more who share my view that it is evil.

So, on that note, do you love rice pudding or hate it?

(me = HATE, obviously)

Sorry, love it. Maybe you just haven't had a good one?

Love.

Mum does hers in a pressure cooker, I bake mine.  Hot or cold is good.

Love it, but it has to be home made and preferably with a nice custardy nutmeggy skin on it.
The very best rice pudding is made with brown rice and brown sugar but any is good as log as it's home made.

I hate it.  Growing up we had quite a bit as the rest of my family liked it, so I was surprisingly in the minority.

Ugh, hideous stuff. My mum used to make it (from scratch) all the time when I was a kid  sick.gif

My kids love it, if that helps Tounge1.gif

Hate it.

It's why I went blw, I cannot handle weird textures like that. I don't even like the sticky rice they have at yum cha. Dh thinks I'm mad.

Loved creamed rice but don't like rice pudding (except if it's not too eggy).

Rice pudding doesn't have egg in it?

Rice, cream, milk, cinnamon/nutmeg, sugar.

We had it at least twice a week when I was a child.  It was dad's favourite.

Consequently I don't like it.
