Gretel Khan is very good not just the photos she takes but also the way she has with children.

I've had two shoots now with Karen from Karen Coulstock Photography, and been super happy with her. We've had a newborn and a family shoot.

Not sure how quickly you need info but I have photos booked to be done at Mark Morffew at the end of February for my pregnancy ones and the beginning on April for my newborn / family ones.

I have had gf's use him in the past and their photos are fantastic. I can't give any feedback myself yet but for the price we've paid they better be good!

I second Morffew photos.

The photographer was great with the kids, beautiful photos- it was hard to choose and their packages are reasonable. We even got them framed too and it wasn't the cheapest but they are lovely.

I had some amazing pictures taken by Philippe Flatt - Www.imagetechnique.com.au - in fact the first pic that loads on the site is of my little son (a few moths ago now). He is located at marrickville - well worth the trip.

Edited for iPad typos

I also used Morphew for story portraiture of both my children when they were babes.

I was happy with the first lot (6 years ago now), but the second batch done of DD I wasn't as impressed with the photographer being able to capture her as well as previously.... if that makes sense.

I'd highly recommend Nicole from Seed Photography, http://www.seedphotography.com.au/

She is lovely and took beautiful photos of my 3 year old and one week old in October 2012.

OT but make sure the photographer you choose is up to date with their vaccinations.

There have been some who are anti-vaccination with unvaccinated children themselves.
A risk not needed.
