I actually know a cake decorator who had to make a penis cake for a hen's night/weekend.
Except she did hers standing upright.
3 dimensional and very true to life! Veins and all!
I'll have to send the link to show her the uses she can put the pan too.
If she used a pan that is...

I love the UFO and Alligator cakes !!!

The farm, light house and fireworks were pretty good too.
