For the thrush you can get from a pharmacist an over the counter one time oral tablet, that treats thrush much more effectively than just the cream. It's called canestan DUO and has a small tube of cream as well. It cost about $30 so it's a little $$$$ Also take a probiotic to keep it at bay especially whenever you are run down or ill as that is prime time for thrush to show up.
With your late period, i suspect it could be stress... even just the worry of your health/ heart condition could delay it. Also if you are run down and feeling tired too! Can I ask how your weight is? If you have lost or gained that can effect your cycle as well.
As for the tiredness, it's probably a combination of everything.
I hate taking extra vitamins etc, but when i'm feeling really run down, tired and am having health issues I take Swiss' liquid Chlorophyll which is a natural detox. It seems to work really well along with the probiotic. Oh and it is half price THIS week at Woolworths!!!!
Hope your drs appointment goes well and that your feeling better soon. xxxooo

It could be something in the air!
I've been waiting for my withdrawl bleed since the end of dec.
No idea what's going on either.
I'm like 95% sure I'm not utd.
Hope your thrush clears up soon and you get some answers.
I did hear once that its not uncommon for a full moon to stuff with cycles, we havnt had a full moon have we?

I didn't get a withdrawal bleed two months in a row a few years ago and after double checking I wasn't pregnant my GP just swapped me to a lower dose pill and everything went back to normal. GP wasn't concerned at all, I got the feeling it was a fairly common thing.
