This is a summertime pop quiz for all you Name Nerds out there, particularly the ones who are up on international trends. cool.gif

The following 12 names are all amongst the 250 most popular in the U.S. right now, according to official government data.

Without cheating* see if you can rank these in current popularity -- 1 being the most common and 12 being the least common.

Bear in mind that American naming trends are often very similar to those in Australia, with the exception of a few names like Chad & Chet. wink.gif

If you guys do well on the girls' names, I'll follow up with a boys' challenge.

Ready. Set. RANK!

Can I have another shot taking into account feedback (I did it blind last time)...

1. Isabella
2. Madison (every time you've said a -son name is right it's been Madison in second position)
3. Addison
4. Nevaeh (can't get past my inkling that it's top 10 or top 20 but this better accords with fifi)
5. Khloe
6. London
7. Destiny (stated on first page at no 7)
8.  Genesis
9. Izabella
10. Londyn
11. Addyson
12. Genevieve (Gut feeling still says that you expect us to wishfully think it higher then get outraged when it's last of all).

So we're having second turns?

(A) Isabella
(B) Madison
(C ) Addison
(D) Nevaeh
(E) Khloe
(F) Genesis- maybe they like something weird?
(G) Destiny
(I) Izabella
(H) London
(J) Londyn
(K) Addyson
(L) Genevieve

I don't think I even took any notice of what I had last time and appears Dabri edits her post every time after posting and changes something so I'm not sure if my list is now the same as hers, I didn't copy.

Sorry I only edited once, to swap Addison and Nevaeh. I swear!

So we have Londyn, Izabella and Genesis different. Assuming the rest are the same...
