Well I've had a huge day!! Finally decided to try a FR bcos I had a fs app today, and low and behold up came a 2nd line in the time it took me to set the timer and go to walk away. Balled my eyes out!!
Posted 14 January 2013 - 07:54 PM
FHL you deserve a medal for doing a brilliant job
I am PMSing so bad. A few more days til testing.

Oooh, I'm getting in towards the start of a new thread!
Haven't been on here much, just haven't really had time to sit down and read everything and so much to do!
I'm 9dpo and full of EPS (everything smells, feeding is painful, etc. etc...) and going to test in the morning but will hold out hope indefinitely until about a week after AF which sucks
I know it sounds silly but I really feel like it needs to be this month and am feeling so upset about the prospect of getting a BFN. Really, really upset about it right now (is that an EPS of extra hormones making me feel like this? lol).
Anyway, the likelihood of me getting a BFP tomorrow isn't high, but I'm going to try testing anyway then maybe skip and day and go for the next day (unless I see a faint line!). If I don't conceive this month I'm going to the doctors and asking her to start checking things. This is our 7th month trying and I know there are many here who have been trying for longer, but I just can't handle the ups and downs, don't know how you all manage... I guess because you don't really have a choice
Hoping for many BFPs to end off January and BFPs soon for those who didn't get theirs this month
Posted 14 January 2013 - 07:55 PM
Can I be in the feb testers - 4 feb
Posted 14 January 2013 - 07:57 PM
huge congrats Hoping2BaMummy!!!
I sort of introduced myself a week or so ago I think but didn't get a chance to pop back.
DH and I are trying for bub #4 (to complete our family). This is our first month trying as we have just gotten back from a family holiday to USA for 3 weeks.
I O'd on 8th Jan so am hoping my AF doesn't arrive and I get a BFP in a week. I am currently 6DPO
Hope to get to know you all but that you all also get your BFP VERY SOON
Posted 14 January 2013 - 08:00 PM
hoping that eagle is as clear as day! Congrats!!!
and a fantastic start for the new thread!
fx for tomorrow Moo! Good to see you back.
Posted 14 January 2013 - 08:03 PM

Posted 14 January 2013 - 08:25 PM

Hoping2baMummy wow congrats, did you still go to your appointment. Im going to get up and do a little dance for you cause I love those stories.
Posted 14 January 2013 - 09:13 PM
Totally missed that... CONGRATS Hoping!
Posted 14 January 2013 - 09:16 PM
Definitely a second line there, no squinting required!!! Glad you didn't need your appointment after all!!!
Some vivid dreaming and EPS are everywhere at the moment. Fingers crossed for anyone who is testing soon.
AFM, BBT and IC OPK's and HPT's turned up in the mail today. So will start temping tomorrow and will start OPK's on day 13 as my cycles have been longer lately.
Also joined up for Michelle Bridges 12 week body transformation today. I'm hoping to get fitter, lose a little weight and hope that this regulates my cycles. It will also be something besides TTC to focus on.
Posted 14 January 2013 - 09:40 PM
Yay! New thread
Congratulations Hoping!! Awesome test result and no need for FS!! So happy for you!!
AFM I called nurse on call to see if I could get more info. They were even less helpful than Dr Google although she was quite confident that what I had was a withdrawal bleed (14th-21st Dec)
That is very annoying because now I have no idea at all what my cycle is doing!!
So, I may not be late - my cycle might have just not started yet. So after talking to nurse on call, I did some googling and found a thread in another forum which was just implanon alumni and some of them didn't get a period for 40 days after withdrawal bleed!!
I know its not over til its over and I'm still gonna test with FMU tomorrow, but tbh I'm not holding on to much hope at this point...

I'm feeling completely deflated tonight. So much pregnancy news everywhere either planned or not planned and I just feel helpless. Doesn't seem right to just have absolutely nothing happen unless I'm completely broken :'(
Posted 14 January 2013 - 10:13 PM
MOO I am sorry that you are feeling deflated. I have been feeling a bit the same in the last few days, especially since George turned up. I guess I have had to think about why I am doing this and that it is truly worth it.
Posted 14 January 2013 - 10:13 PM
Go easy on yourself mummofone
. You are most certainly not broken and you WILL get your eagle. Hope you feel better tmrw.
