My son is saving for an iPod, he's happy for an 8gb but they don't seem to be around as much now.

Does anyone know the best prices around at the moment?

Thanks original.gif

32gb is the smallest capacity ipod touch in the latest series. Sorry, can't find any specials around....

Thanks dadathome original.gif

He'll be happy for a 4th Gen, at 8 he's just hanging out for one to be like his big brother and play Minecraft!  He's saving madly and getting close original.gif

Target & Big W both have 16GB on sale regularly in their catalogues. Roughly around the $199 mark.

Thanks everyone original.gif

He'll have to save a little longer and we'll have to keep an eye on sales... won't hurt him to have to wait a little longer original.gif

d*ck Smith Electronics have the 8GB for $149.00 - click and collect from your local store (if you have one). If you can hold off a little longer the 16GB 4th Gen ones were $169.00 in Kmart before Christmas - so hopefully someone will have them on sale again soon.

Glad I came across this post earlier today.  My daughter wanted one for her birthday next month but I really didn't want to spend $200 on one item for her birthday.  I printed off the $129 listing from the officeworks website and took it in this afternoon to my local Big W and they pricematched it!  Very very happy with that saving original.gif

Well that was way too easy... printed off the Officeworks $129 iPod page, took it into Big W today and they price matched without hesitation.

Thanks everyone!
