So DD decided to start the day with painting the brand new Little Tikes car with lipstick... a nice deep red colour I have gotten it off but all the white surfaces (eyes and roof) are now stained with a shade of red. Any ideas on how to get rid of it? I have tried surface spray and used soapy water when washing it off but no luck. Is it a lost cause?

I'd go for baby wipes, and if that didn't work, sugar soap.

Success The baby wipes got a little bit extra up that had gone in some cracks but it wasn't strong enough to lift the stain but my next try with eye makeup remover did the trick!
