Odd question but did anyone else have a runny nose as an early sign of pregnancy? DP doesn't get allergies, nobody we know has a cold but her nose is running like a rhino in a stampede. Dr Google says it means something. I remain unconvinced...

I have heard of that as an EPS (early pregnancy sign)... I am well known for accepting pretty much anything, including rubbing your stomach area and thinking baby thoughts, as EPS though so perhaps don't take my word for it!

Yes it's always a long wait... But I think this time it's going to be longer cause I actually pinpointed O with a +ve opk and we managed to BD for the week leading up to it and the day of the opk...
So I guess I'm disturbingly more confident this month... Which leads to a harder fall doesn't it sad.gif

I am trying not to be too confident as I lost my right tube in March and I have no idea what side I O'd on.. Plus the dr thinks I might have Endo.... So I've a few battles before I get that elusive BFP

Lol...
It's been a while since I've been on..
I tried to stay away while TTC cause it was doing my head in after I lost the baby in March..
I'm feeling confident this month but I really hope it's not in vain... I honestly think this is my last chance before we call it quits...

Yes sweet, it was... I had no idea. Dr said I'd bled about 200mls internally and she couldn't believe I'd gone 4 days before going to the dr. Pretty scary knowing that it could have been fatal sad.gif

Welcome to new people.  original.gif  Sorry for rough road so far...not sur ethos thread will necessarily provide luck but may provide some nuttiness which is always fun and a good distraction.

FHL - may I commend you on a cracking introduction to the thread complete with a list of acronyms cclap.gif

Not much to report here. Been having odd dizziness for past few days. Very tired, oh wait...that's because it's STINKING HOT and I have no aircon. Got to 35 degrees today.

Anyhoo...I have made a complete guess as to when I ovulated this month and have no idea if Boom diggety [BD] happened at right time...but I'm guessing I can test on the 16th...which really means somewhere between the 10th and 14th Ha!

#18 *~Luvmy3~*

FHL can you please put me down for testing on the 28th.... my temps will give me an idea but still figure may as well have a date.

Added those ones in - if you guys think of any others not in regular EB usage let me know!

I have just re-done my budget and I am all set with my savings, even if in a few months I end up having to spend $$$ on ivf - could stand at least two rounds... we'll see (well, hopefully not).

Rainy - you just mention the word 'nuttiness' and I instantly think chocolate! Dammit, I got it bad... *slinks off to look for chocolate*

FHL - I turn my attention away from EB for just a moment (ok, an hour or so...) and find there's a new thread... AND... It's already at THREE pages!!! Bang!!!!  All hail our new leader cclap.gif (had to steal the same emoticon Rain - so cute!)

Dabri: How many dpo is your partner? Someone advised me you can get the sniffles, as your immune system is dropping its defences a bit when pregnant, so that it won't reject bub as a 'foreign object'. Hope it does mean something for you!

This site had good advice: http://www.whattoexpect.com/pregnancy/preg...ds-and-flu.aspx
