DS has grown out of his hooded beach towel and he is headed to the beach with his cousins and grandparents next week.  Most of the hooded towels you see seem to be in pre-schooler size, can't recall seeing any for older kids around.

The only thing I can find online are these:  http://www.terryrich.com.au/collection/children.asp

Which are awesome, but don't really want to pay $90 plus postage for one, so looking for something a bit more reasonable.
Has anyone seen anything around the shops or online?

Company in Perth, run by a couple of Mums. Was sued by Jimmy Choo for daring to invent a word with 'choo' at the start. I have the adult version and am about to buy another one for when mine is in the wash!!

Arrived to Vic within a week of ordering....even in the pre-Xmas rush...bless them!

They are also incredibly easy to make if you are so inclined or know someone who is.  :)

Terry Rich make beach robes in Australia for both big kids, little kids, men and women. They are very good quality and are made from cotton towelling, making them super absorbent.

I recently ordered some towelling robes online from a Perth-based company called Surf Dog Australia, via eBay. Reasonably priced, excellent service and received here in Brisbane within a few days of ordering. Google them!
