My mchn has recommended that I take these two herbs to help increase my supply, but didnt say the dose (and being the weekend i cant ask!)
Anyone know how much I should be taking?

On my bottle of fenugreek it says to take 3 x per day with food. So that would be 3000mg. I take it with each meal. I have been taking it for about 5 days now, but it took about 3 days for me to notice a difference in my supply.

Can't help with the Blessed Thistle though. What does the bottle say for that one?

I have never taken Blessed Thistle but have taken Fenugreek...

I only ever drank it as a tea. I love the taste!  I found that it was easier this way as it also increased my fluid intake.  As for amount - drink it until you can smell a light scent of maple syrup on your skin!!!

I found it worked in about 2 days for me.  but i only ever used it to increase supply above and beyond my regular needs (ie. when i needed to express enough milk for me to go out) as I did not have a supply problem.

I used both but wouldn't have a clue how much sorry - just the dose that was on the bottle. I fed twins and was panicky about low supply so I took them for months.

The other thing I found good was breast feeding cookies made with brewers yeast. Not only great for supply but yummy too.

Fenugreek you can take it up to 3 capsules 3 times a day from memory - you should smell vaguely of maple syrup. Blessed thistle works better as a tincture but if you have capsules, also 3 capsules 3 times a day.
