Hi Ladies,

I have just started the michelle bridges 12wbt and i am going to stick to it consistantly.
We have a mates birthday at the pub tonight and wanting some ideas on low calorie, non alcoholic drinks.

My options are so far, Coke Zero (although not a huge coke lover)
                                 water perhaps with lemon added.

Any others??

Soda with bitters. Only a few drops of bitters flavours the whole drink. It is alcoholic, but in a whole glass, barely. It's only an issue if you are a probationary driver.

I'd just stick with good old water or mineral water. Low cal Ice Tea is nice too.

I would go with iced water with a slice of lemon. It looks alcoholic (vodka lemon and lime) but isnt wink.gif

Soda, lime and bitters is a favourite of mine.  But only if they have fresh lime, not lime cordial/syrup.

Or soda with a splash of cranberry juice.

Erm, Coke Zero has less than 1 cal per serve. Not sure how low cal you're after  if you think that's not low.  unsure.gif

I like ginger ale with crushed lime or soda water with crushed lime.  Refreshing!
A bit old hat, but what about a white wine spritzer? so half wine half soda water?

My favourite is mineral water with either lemon or lim squeezed into it.

Home made lemonade using Splenda for the sugar syrup.
