Air drying Clay.

I bought some the other week while out shopping,
i was planning on making some cute little homemade mugs or bowls and having DS paint them.
But thinking about it, If its only air drying, does that mean i cant use it with water once dry?

Yes it is.
You would need to seal them completely with a sealent that is food safe.
Pottery bowls and plates that are used domestically are generally kiln fired and glazed.
