We have had a boys name picked for ages - Xavier (zay-vee-er). Here are the middle name options:

Xavier Lincoln (we pronouce it Link-in)
Xavier Jett
Xavier Nate
Xavier Rafael

We like them in that order - WDYT?

Girls names are so so hard - our list keeps getting longer and longer and we can't agree. We're not pregnant yet so plenty of time to argue and compromise wink.gif

I love, love, love Raphael/Rafael so would definitely go with that!

Jett is a big NO!

Lincoln isn't really to my taste.

ALthough I like it, Nate is a nickname/shortening for me.
Like PP I do have a very soft spot for Nathaniel so would use that if I wanted a first name of Nate - Nathan however (due to too many years in the classroom) is a 'naughty boy's name' so it would land on the discard pile too.

I don't really love any of those combos. Xavier William?

My order:

Xavier Rafael wub.gif - I love it. The r's could run together if you hit the XavieR Rafael pronunciation but you probably don't?
Xavier Nate - but would prefer Nathaniel, Nathan, Natanael, etc.

Xavier Lincoln, but would prefer Linden or Levi.

Xavier Jett.

Xavier Lincoln
DS2 was meant to be Xavier Lachlan but DH refused just after he was born. Still to this day regret giving in to him bc I don't like his name as much as I like Xavier Lachlan

Xavier is our pick for a boy too, its almost a shame we were told a few days ago its most likely a girl (only 13 weeks so not for sure a girl but most likely) cos I agree the girls name are so much harder, we have a boy name list and a girl name list the girl name has about 12 so far and counting and the boy name just has the one

Our Xavier would be Xavier Jonah but thats because DH is a Joseph and my favourite Grandmother is Joan so I thought it was a bit of a tribute to both names (im not a big fan of the parents name as a middle name so I wanted similar but not the same)

From your list I like Xavier Lincoln best original.gif

I'm a stay-at-home mum who's an awful housewife

"Hey, come here a second," my mum said as she replaced the book in my hands with a wooden spoon covered in what I prayed was red sauce.
