Ok i purchased something on Ebay and was not happy sent persn a message they never got back to me so put in negative feedback. All of the sudden this person contacts me apologises and says they will do anything to change feedback etc.
They offered a refund its only $4.00 but I figure yeah I will put a fllow up in there saying all sorted with seller.
They have credited my paypal I can see the credit but then straight after it had a debit ammount of $4 to credit card. Is that normal?

Has the $4 been credited to your credit card linked to the paypal account?
Therefore, debited from paypal but ultimately credited to you.

I checked no money in my linked cc and I didn't think it automatically credited it, or does it?

If you paid via paypal from your credit card, yes when they refund, it will show in paypal & then paypal puts the money back into your credit card. Just keep an eye on your credit card balance
