My scar this morning seems a bit irritated is there anything I can do

When you say irritated is it just itchy or does is it red and inflammed and more painful?
If it is just a little pink and itchy it is probably the normal healing process but it could be an infection so watch it carefully.
Pop a pad over it inside your knickers to stop it rubbing and go and see your GP if you think it is infected or becoming infected.
