December resolution
(Im getting in early before New Years)

So I’ve made my News Years resolution list early and am aiming to start this weekend. I feel like this year I’ve been preoccupied with TTC and I need to start focussing on something else so I’ve chosen improving my health.

Feel free to add your list

Diet
Eat breakfast
Replace morning coffee with green tea (except on weekends)
Always take vitamins
Pack lunch to take to work
No drinking during the week and max 2 drinks per day on the weekend (this one will be hard) tongue.gif
Eat more vegetables
Drink more water
Cut out junk food

Exercise
Get up early and exercise every morning before work
Go to body pump twice a week
Train for (super) short triathlon next year ffear.gif

Lifestyle
Do not obsess with TCC
Do not compare myself to pregnant ladies/mothers
Be happy cos I know I am lucky and life is good biggrin.gif
