DS (10) put on his wish list a Air Hogs Hover Assault R/C car... Only problem being I have looked at the reviews and they are not good...
So we are trying to find an R/C car that will go fairly well, without having to spend hundreds of $$ at a hobby shop for a full on one ( which DH is tempted to do, but we can't afford it).
DS essentially just wants one that will go fast, as the R/C trucks that he and DH have now (which are worth a small fortune, got them a few years ago), are rock crawlers and not designed for speed...
So if anyone has seen or knows of a brand or model of R/C car that fits the bill, please let me know!

I cant help you with a brand but we recently bought a R/C helicopter from d*ck Smith and it works brilliantly. They appeared to have a good selection of cars etc as well.
