A split chicken, barramundi, prawns, baked potatoes.

I could go on but then it will make me hungrier lol

Barramundi, wrapped in foil with butter, fresh lemon, salt and pepper. (Served with baked potato and fresh salad)

I love a nice steak.

Not meat though but I tried BBQ pineapple rings the other day and they were delicious!

Yesterday we had lamb kebabs that I marinated with mint, honey and rosemary.
They were delicious.

Banana with chocolate, wrapped in foil. And vegie burgers.

You can keep your meat.... biggrin.gif

Kebabs of any sort, especially lamb and chicken. Marinate first. Can also combine the meat with vegies such as onion, capsicum and mushrooms on the skewers.

Also lamb chops are nice.

Okay not meat, but I have also made pinapple upside down cakes on the BBQ (needs a BBQ with a lid). Just make the cake as normal then cook on the BBQ - I think a coal BBQ is best. Has a nice slightly smoky flavour. Serve with cream.

Chorizo and haloumi kebabs. I love a snag. Chicken marinated. Rib steak chargrilled medium. Lime chilli prawns. Boned and marinated lamb.

Not meat. Asparagus with lemon and pepper. Corn cobs.

Lamb cutlets with a sliver of feta & a sprig of rosemary, wrapped in proscuitto.  

So good.

A nice thick T bone or lamb cutlets. Must have a good salad and bakies.

Haloumi and lamb kebabs with lemon and thyme.
