Oh My, does anyone know if videos like that are common for houses in the price range/area?

That is gorgeous. Toorak has lovely properties, how far away from the CBD is it?

Gorgeous house but that video was all kinds of errrrrrrrrr WTF?  Sexist much?

Unless the random blonde was also his unmarried daughter who spawned the random child while he stomped around being all accomplished and attracting Asian buyers for the house.  Alternatively he was doting on his ex-wife as she married from the house...

God knows I was just all confused with the narrative.

A house that has its own website... now I've seen it all!

Do people actually live in places like this... I mean really "live"... can't see myself eating pizza and kicking back watching DVDs in that living room, or wiping up baby vomit off the carpet, or vacuuming up lego in the bedroom - I dunno, this is a place for a pretentious w***er. Looks more suitable as a summer house for the Queen!

I also found the two blondes rather confusing!

not up to my standards. theres no ensuite from the main bedroom. if I want to nuddy run to the loo, any guests could see me

Your loo is in the Master quarters.... You cross your private retreat and I through your dressing room to the loo at the end.

With a spare $100m I would be getting rid of all the fussy stuff and making it clean and modern

I was quite anxious that they were going to complete the whole life cycle theme with an open casket at the end  wink.gif ohmy.gif

A business partner of my Dad and his family used to own and live in that property - it is incredible.  Much too fussy for me though.....
