Ok! I know it's a silly question but I want to maximize my chances!
Day 18 today - positive OPK, when I best time between now and next few days to ❤ to concieve??

If it were me, I would ideally want to bd from at least the day before and once a day until they faded out again Good luck!

ETA how long do your +'s last for? If they last for more than 12 hours or so, you'll have more time to get some bd'ing in before you actually O

3, 2, and one day BEFORE you get the OPK, then day of OPK and day after for luck. The sperm needs to be up and waiting in the tubes BEFORE the egg is released...

I'd go for it as much as you can the next few days.  That was my strategy and we've now got 2 kids.

Thanks Sturmey, HW & Jen.... We got a day 15 in and 18 (+opk) and will get another in tonight wink.gif And then maybe again tomorrow for good luck!I previously have stopped testing once I have a +ve - however tonight it was still +ve (24 hours later day 19) so fingers crossed we catch the window!Thanks all!
