Seems to be a scam product, I'm afraid. Like a lot of other 'supplements', it doesn't really do anything much. Ultimately, weight loss is a product of your body burning its store of calories, because you are not putting enough in to meet your energy needs. Whether you do that because you're doing intuitive eating, calorie counting, or using weight loss surgery, the equation stays the same - the variables move around a bit.
Check out this review from someone who has a more objective science background.
