I have posted in diet & fitness but just hoping to get a few replies here.
Has anybody with a large amount if weight to lose, say 30kgs, tried it?
I've got a lot to lose and want to start this but am just hoping it won't be too much.
If you did start at say 90-95kg how did you find the plan? And what did you lose in 12w?

I am doing the last few days on round 3 now and have signed up for round 4 to start next week. I started at 85kg's and have lost 11kgs and 49.5cm all up (hips, waist, boobs etc). I am aiming to loose 25kgs so am almost half way there. I am finding it very easy and the food wonderful. None of this only eat salads stuff. Some of my fav recipes so far is chicken strog, beef and red wine casserole, Lasagne, beef fajita's etc. I have never been hungry. I have totally changed the way I think about food since starting it. Its great highly recommend it.

That what I needed to hear. I'm starting a little heavier than you and would like to lose 30kg in 6 months - which is when I turn 40 years old. Argh
From the website it looks spot on for my needs.

A girlfriend of mine has done it and she lost 17kg that round!
I am doing round 4 and hope to lose at least 10kg (but need to lose about 25kg to be back to my healthy weight)

Ive done 2 rounds of 12wbt.
I was only 74kg when i started, lost 10kgs the first round...not as much the 2nd. I did the next round "unofficially" just following the exercises and meal plans from the previous round. Im now 60kg and been doing Lean and Strong and am actually starting to get ABS! not to mention GUNS! LOVE it
One of my good friends also does it, she has lost over 30kgs.. it IS definately possible to lose alot of weight and i highly recommend this program.

Sorry to hijack your thread OP but how important & what are the preseason task? I was considering it to but being only 2 days until it starts was thinking might be better to wait for the next one.

They are pretty important, but you can get them done in a couple of days.
It's alot of videos, Mish explaining alot of things and getting your mind ready for the next 12 weeks. I would not start the program without doing these tasks.
One task is going through your cupboards and binning ALL bad foods. Biscuits, chips, chocolate, soft drink, etc etc. It has to be done...
