What date are we opening them or is it just whenever we receive them?

You can choose whenever you want to open them but most people like me tend to wait until Christmas Day to do so.  Once you have opened them acknowledge the contents and thank the present giver.  That is what I would do.  biggrin.gif

Or alternatively thank the buyer when you get them but say you won't open until blah blah and then post another message after opening acknowledging contents.

Thank you to my SS, I have left the package closed and am going to open my present on Christmas day. It will probably be one of two presents that I don't know the contents of lol.

I am posting my present to my SS today and will send a PM to the organisers with the tracking number. I hope she likes her present!

Do we PM the organiser as well as post in here when received, or just 1? Also, do we get confirmation it has arrived in case the recipient forgets to post in here?

Yes it is too late.  This is organised in November.  Plus you have to have a post count of at least 500 to participate.  Maybe next year  original.gif

Thank you thank you thank you to my Secret Santa  biggrin.gif

The parcel arrived today - hand delivered too.  I opened one corner and stuck an eye in and noted the wrapped contents could not be possibly anything else but the EB secret santa.

Package is now in cupboard awaiting opening on Christmas Day......sigh it is going to be a long wait.

Will post once more once I have opened  biggrin.gif

Just letting you know that it has arrived safely.
