If you do it online it's way cheaper. I did one about 3 months ago. I did  it online for $25 and got it back in about 6 days. It was really quick.

I'm in Vic too.  I posted ours off on the 8th of November and noticed they didn't bank the cheque until the 14th.  I'm impatient too!!  But only because I know I have to hold off sending the other forms back in until I have the police checks done!!

ETA- Mine turned up in today's post!  LOL!!  DH's didn't though dry.gif  He's such a shady character roll2.gif

The aussie one is really quick.

I had to get one when I was in England.

It arrived before the UK police clearance!

They've had ours for two weeks now, so I just gave them a call...

DH's is being posted to us today.
Mine they're still waiting on other states. sad.gif He asked me if I've committed any offenses (I haven't). Maybe someone has a similar name.

Was really hoping to get this back today so I could bring forward our appointments... Now I'm worrying if they will even make them in time for our appointments!

Stressful. This whole thing makes me so mad at the government. Stupid bloody bureaucracy... And discrimination.
