Can I order a bunch of random stuff together?
Or do I need to do separate orders for books etc?

You can order a bunch of random stuff together. I think you can choose whether you want it to all arrive together or not, depending on the location/availability of the products.

Amazon have their own stuff, but they are also a portal for other vendors, so make sure you're ordering Amazon items if you want them shipped together.
