I've purchased 4 or 5 t-shirt for the boys and myself this year. Delivery around a week from memory. Good quality shirts too, plus less hassle than thinkgeek with a local site.

I bought my DH and kids some shirts from there for Christmas. I can't recall how much post was but it was reasonable. I got my order in about a week!!
Oh, and Google some coupon codes to enter at the checkout. For sure you will find a 10% or 15% off code floating round the web.

So were the shirts good quality? I've found many mixed reviews, from the best shirts ever!!! to horrible, print warped, no customer service etc. I can't decide whether to get any..
