Is FTB reconciliation automatic?

It might be a stupid question, but my husband and I finally went to the accountant and did three years of tax returns! (yes.. I know.... very late!)
I was just wondering if the Family Assistance Office do a reconciliation of your FTB's automatically after the tax returns are processed at the ATO? Or will I need to make an appointment at the centrelink office to sort it out?
Just for the record. I have been collecting FTBA & B through all this time but have no idea if we came in under or over?? Also, I believe there might be a few one off payments that we might have missed?
Also... what is the school kids bonus and is that automatic too?

It's supposed to be automatic, but after I hadn't heard anything after 3weeks, I went in and they needed to 'review' mine or somthing. Then when nothing happened after 2weeks, I went in again, and they didn't realise they had to do DP's 'review' at the same time, after that it took 4 days.
If it's been about 2 weeks, I'd be asking about it.

Its automatic, but not ever quick for me.I phoned after a month of waiting and the ATO still hadn't sent my details to the FAO. I think it took 6 weeks from receiving my return... Maybe 10 weeks all up?

Mine wasnt automatic but I didnt get it through the year. I applied for last financial year as a lump sum, I am expecting $1500, but I am still waiting. They told me it could take 10 weeks or more...

It's supposed to be but when I rang last week they hadn't got the figures from the ATO even though I did my return ages ago.

Mine was not aurtomatic. Apparently because I had not recieved payments throughout the year I had to apply for mine.
