When does it start? I did a round a while ago and must admit didn't finish as I got discouraged by seeing no results. Would be interested in checking out the lean and strong program this time around

I am also 162cm and weigh 71.3 I would like to get down to 63kg.

Hi firefly it starts in November with preseason starting in October. I had my fitness appraisal at the gym yesterday and I had put on almost 2 kilos since last one but reduced my body fat % and increased muscle and measurement were down. So i am trying to not just focus on the number on the scales.
If u decide to join pm me and I will send you an invite to your email if that is okay as I am trying to refer 3 friends to get a heart rate monitor as I really would like one because I am never sure if I am working hard enough.
What encouraged me to join was the options available as a single mum it is great to get exercises I can do at home when I can't make the gym or get out of the house!
I have convinced a colleague at work to join, told everyone and posted to Facebook to try and make myself accountable and motivated. Hopefully I will have a group of people and we can all motivate each other.

Hi firefly I hope. You are going well. I have started the pre season challenges for the 12 week body transformation this week is swim, run, cycle, walk 30 km. I have surprised myself and done it easily by just doing a bit more than I usually do and going for a half an hour walk at lunch. I am still getting errors pm ing you.

I bit the bullet and signed up too.  I did do it before my last pregnancy and saw some results but I really didn't stick to it properly so am determined to stick with it this time.

I also paid up front instead of doing the weekly payments.  As stupid as this will sound, I think seeing that I paid $200 will make me want to stick with it more than 'just $20 a week'.

I just signed up for this next series as well .

huge amounts to lose here - think 30+ kgs.

I haven't had much of a chance to explore the website, so I haven't discovered the preseason workout challenges that you talk about. But I. Am determined to do it! Hopefully we can all help each other long original.gif

Im doing it too!!

Ive been on a 'health kick' for a couple of months and I signed up for MB round 4 this week - I started round 1 earlier this year but I wasn't in the right frame of mind for it.

This time I'm feeling super motivated and I'm really excited to be doing this! original.gif

I currently weigh 77kgs and I'm 174cms tall. I would like to lose 12kgs and get fitter - currently I'm working out 6 days a week and keeping my calories under 1200 per day.

The meals I have are usually from MB cook book and stuff I saved from round 1 and from the Bikini Cookbook!

Good luck everyone! original.gif

This will be my second round.

I am still doing round 3, started at 72kg and down to 67, but have lost 46cms and am now into size 10's, for the first time I can remember.

I am loving it, the exercise is great for my depression, don't remember being this happy and the food is amazing.

Not only have I lost cms my skin has cleared up, hair and nails are healthier and have such an optimistic outlook and confidence.

Plus the Perth crew is amazing!

Hhmm..... I have been thinking about doing this too.

I have been pretty unmotivated the past but have been trying to walk 3-4 times a week and just starting attending Pilates regularly. We're about to start TTC in the new year so I'd like to lose a little weight and get strong and fit before then.

I am 167cm tall and weigh 74kg. My immediate goal is 70kgs with an ultimate goal of 65kgs.

My major concern is the food - I am really fussy about what I eat, and have always been a hungry girl!
No issue giving up sweets but I have to eat real food. A bit of salad and meat doesn't cut it for me. Am I going to starve??????  :/

I am currently doing round 3 and have just signed up again for round 4. I have a lot to lose, but have so far lost 12kgs in round 3 so am being positive I will keep losing.

Should be fun! Woot!

Mrs Shine, the food is fantastic, not really diet food, just healthier versions of what you would normally cook. We have had lasagne, meat pies, fish n chips, pizzas, everything. If you don't like what is set out for you, there is a large recipe index you can mix and match from.

Hi All,
I'm thinking of signing up by the due date but was wanting to know is it easy to follow? I've read such great success stories and am keen to lose 20+ kilos. Is there a lot of exercise to follow as well?
Being November and the start of the holiday season there will be lots of temptations ie alcohol so it's managing that as well!

Dons - there is alot of exercise! You will need to train 6 days a week.
The key is organisation, and mish will help you figure that out in the Pre Season tasks..she is a very smart lady!
I have done 2 rounds, and 1 on my own and managing to still lose weight and build muscle. My first round i lost 10kgs, i was 74kg and 163cm.

Mrs shine- For the first week you probably will starve lol the food is great but its very small portions, i just pack my plate with salads for small portion meals! You do get used to it though. Drink lots of water!
