Every year I go on a hunt to find a pair, and every year I'm disappointed. I am a size 16-18, and all I want is to be able to buy the same pair of denim 3/4 jeans than if I was a 12-14 (just made a bit bigger), I don't want daggy and old-fashioned  cry1.gif  I'm only 40 and want to be able to dress like I'm 40!

Can anyone suggest somewhere I might find what I'm looking for?

Actually to add to my vent - I fit nicely into a size 16 jeans at Target, love them, only the size 16 denim 3/4 jeans are way too tight  rant.gif

try Autograph or even Millers.  I bought a 3/4 pair from each last season and well I think they look good - not too daggy.

also Autograph is having a sale at the moment - mght be something available for a good price.

Millers - I bought 3 x pairs there last year, made out of stretchy black denim, so comfy it almost feels like you're wearing tights! (and no they aren't jeggings).  I think they were less than $20 each and Best & Less wanted $35 for one pair!

This is one of my new favourite plus size shops.

I ordered clothes at 4.50pm one day, got an email at 5.15pm to say they had been posted and received them the next day via express post!

I got a black pair at Big W for $12!!!! a few weeks ago and they are really good. I Do have to roll the bottom cuff up once more though because I'm short.
The target ones I bought last year rubbed my stomach raw where the stitching was. Plus had to go up a size or 2 as well.  I'm on the lookout for blue ones now though.

And yes, the Autograph ones are terrible and hard to fit. The waistband gapes on me.

Have you tried Sara at Ezibuy ? I also really like their 3/4 linen trousers. Their sizing is true and the quality is good as well.

I'm in the same boat as you OP, size 16 regular jeans from Target fit me really well yet the 3/4 don't fit. Grrrr

What about getting a correct size normal cut jeans, or a bigger size skinny jeans, and get the tailor to make it into 3/4?

I purchased 3 pairs from Kmart about 2 months ago. 2 coloured denim (hot pink and royal blue) and a dark denim pair. They are very comfy and $19 a pair. They have worn and washed really well.
