arthur and gwen got married and gwen became queen and morgana nearly died but the white dragon saved her. the white dragon is the one that merlin hatched from the last dragon egg original.gif

I am sooooooo glad that Channel 10 is starting next week, just have to remember to record it each week. 6.30 starting time isn't good around here, wish it was at 7.30. But anyway - very excited biggrin.gif biggrin.gif

Ohh, that was a bit harsh of Gwen to send the servant girl to be killed.

I can't remember Audrid?  Does he have magic?  Does he know Merlin has magic?

its mordred original.gif he was the little boy merlin was meant to kill and arthur saved in season 1 and 2.

I was reading discussions about how out of character it seem for Gwen to sentence the girl to death. But as someone said it has been three years since she was queen so we didn't see that growth. What surprise me was how quick she was to discover who it was, would have taken Arthur a lot longer lol

Love the first show, only thing that annoys me is I want to see Merlin do more complex magic!! Come on Merlin we know you can do it!

Ooh, whats going on with Gwen.  Thought Arthur got away a bit too easily, cause Morgana didn't even show her face.

Getting a bit sick of the 'someone gets kidnapped/lets go rescue them' plots.

And we need to see more MAGIC!!

not liking the whole thing with gwen either. yeah bring back the magic. its certainly has been a very dark series. i like the other seasons because they broke the dark up with very funny episodes. not this time.

im abit dissappointed with this series so far sad.gif

Waiting to discuss the ending..

Am ready to discuss the ending.... am still pondering things in my mind.... Does that mean that Merlin lives long enough to see the world as we know it while waiting for the next 'King Arthur'?

I have however made up my own ending:  Arthur survived and they all lived happily ever after.  Oh and Gwen is pregnant with their first son.

Oh and in my ending Gwayne didn't die either - he was the hottest of all the Knights!!  hheart.gif

yes emrys means immortal so merlin would still be waiting for arthurs return.

i kinda hoped that gwen would of had a son so we could see the bloodline continue.

Soooooooo sad this series has ended forever - watching it was our special little Sunday ritual   original.gif

Really enjoyed the ending - thought it gave you something to think about. I too was sure they'd show Gwen with a baby son in her arms.

Have heard the decision to end it so abruptly came as a bit of a shock to the cast and crew as well but they're already talking potential spin-offs (which the ending certainly left the door open for). YAY!
