It's like taking a sneak peek inside the world of an unborn baby.
Amazing footage shared on Facebook last week shows a baby born still inside the amniotic sac take its first breath.
The unidentified baby is clearly visible inside the amniotic sac, curled up just as it as it would have been when growing inside its mother.
The footage shows the obstetrician wiping the amniotic sac with a cloth while saying "hola" to the baby in Spanish.
The doctor then uses surgical scissors to make a small incision in the amniotic sac and the baby quickly makes its way out into the world.

The baby then lets out a first cry, much to the joy of everyone in the room.
It is no surprise the incredible footage has gone viral since being uploaded to Facebook last week, given how rare it is to see a baby born with the amniotic sac still intact - or 'en caul'.
Some obstetricians and midwifes could go their entire career without seeing a caul birth as they only happen an average of once in every 80,000 deliveries.
The clip of the caul birth has been viewed more than 21 million times and shared more than 62,000 times.
