Popular baby food brand Rafferty's Garden has issued a recall on its Happy Tummies Vegetable Risotto due to the risk of it containing glass fragments. Food Standards Australia has published the following instructions for consumers.

Product: Rafferty's Garden Happy Tummies Vegetable Risotto

Best Before 10 Aug 2018

Best Before 12 Aug 2018

Problem: Rafferty's Garden has been advised that the Arborio rice used in two batches of our Happy Tummies Vegetable Risotto may contain glass.

No other Rafferty's Garden product or batch is affected by this recall.

Food Safety Hazard: Food products containing glass may cause injury if consumed.

At Rafferty's Garden, we take food safety and the safety of our little consumers very seriously. We have been advised that there was an issue at the Arborio rice manufacturers where glass has entered the production process and was not detected.

Although we are confident of our rigorous quality screening mechanisms in place, we have initiated a recall of the affected batches as a precautionary measure.
