'Choking hazard': Recall issued for Kmart baby leggings

A recall has been issued for a pair of baby girls leggings due to a decorative feature that may pose a choking hazard.

According to the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC), the garments, which have been sold in Kmart, have buttons that may become detached if pulled.

The buttons are a choking hazard and suffocation hazard if ingested by young children.

The leggings were sold nationally and online between 4 February 2020 and 3 July 2020.

They carry the identifying numbers: 9341107205747 ,9341107205754, 9341107205761, 9341107205778, 9341107205785, 9341107205792, 9341107205808

Consumers should immediately cease using these products and return them to any Kmart store for a full refund.
